Art on Parade
The Art on Parade program is an on-loan outdoor sculpture exhibit administered through the Northglenn Arts and Humanities Foundation (NAHF). Each year, six sculptures are chosen by city staff and volunteers to sit in and around E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park. Guests and art lovers are then invited to select their favorite, which then is named the People's Choice. The NAHF then tries to purchase the piece and place it in a permanent location in Northglenn.

The Northglenn Veterans Memorial was dedicated in September 2003, and sits in between City Hall and the Northglenn Recreation Center.
Created by Hai Ying Wu, the sculpture is a bronze replica of the United States flag that stands approximately 23 feet tall. Ten figures emerge from the flag wearing uniforms that represent the many conflicts in American history.
