The Board of Adjustment is charged with hearing appeals and variance applications for zoning and land use issues. The board makes decisions on matters under its jurisdiction according to provisions of the Municipal Code.

The board consists of five regular and two alternate members, who serve three-year terms. Members are appointed by City Council.

The board meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall on an as-needed basis.
