Council Goals
Northglenn City Council identified critical issues that will shape Northglenn’s future and developed an Action Agenda for implementation. During the year, the council plans to systematically address the most important issues that have been identified in the city. To accomplish this, the council developed actions plans for each major issue and will be working with citizens to determine policy direction and specific actions.
Our goals for the city include:
1. Economic Development
• Back fill blighted areas (with pursuit of an additional grocer)
• 120th Avenue and Grant Street development
2. Infrastructure
• Water rights
• Wastewater Treatment Plant
• Recreation Center
• Maintenance of city buildings, parks and roads – ongoing and deferred
• FasTracks (location of M&O)

• Increased visibility of police department
