Candlelight Vigil
Officer Jeremy Lund lights a candle for Sergeant Steve Garrow in preparation for a unity of officers showing their support of officers that have lost their lives in the line of duty. The candlelight vigil has become a yearly event, held at E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park during National Police Week in mid May.

The Northglenn Planning Commission considers permit applications for land use matters and makes recommendations to council for zoning requests. The members review site plans and subdivision plats and are active in the development of the city’s master plan.
The commission consists of seven members who serve three-year terms.
The commission meets the first and third Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 11701 Community Center Drive.
