Webster Lake - Phase II
The 6-acre site on the east side of Grant Street will be developed next. It may have live-work space or commercial space fronting Grant Street with higher density residential development internal to the site. Views from the mixed-use site are stunning in all directions including the Rocky Mountains to the west and serene Webster Lake to the south. Occupants in this phase will not only enjoy easy access to the city’s best assets and new retail amenities, but they will also be within walking distance of the community plaza.
