Candlelight Vigil

Officer Jeremy Lund lights a candle for Sergeant Steve Garrow in preparation for a unity of officers showing their support of officers that have lost their lives in the line of duty. The candlelight vigil has become a yearly event, held at E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park during National Police Week in mid May.

Snow and Wind Loads
  • Snow Load - 30 psf; ground snow load 30 psf
  • Wind speed – 90 mph, 110 mph 3-second gust, exposure B or C – designer shall assess
  • Frost depth - 30 inches below finished grade
  • Minimum footing depth – 36 inches
