Solid Waste Schedule
Free Landfill Days
The next free landfill day will be held from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 19 and Saturday, Oct. 20 at Front Range Landfill.
Free landfill days provide residents a perfect opportunity to dispose of items that cannot fit in a polycart.
Appliances with freon as well as tires are not allowed to be disposed of during free landfill day. Request a special pick up from the city at 303-450-4004 to discard of these items.
All loads to the landfill must be covered. Proof of residency such as a driver’s license and/or current utility bill is required.
To get to Front Range Landfill, take Interstate 25 north to exit No. 229, Colorado Highway 7. Go left (west) on Highway 7 to Sheridan Parkway. Turn right (north) on Sheridan Parkway and make a left at the stop sign, which is County Road 4. At the next stop, turn right (north) onto County Road 5. Front Range Landfill is on the right-hand side of the road.

Household Chemical Roundup
Due to increased costs and low participation rates, the city of Northglenn does NOT participate in Adams County's Household Chemical Roundup.
However, the city's Sanitation Division can help you properly dispose of items that shouldn't be tossed out with regular trash, or will let you know who in the area can help you with disposal. Or you can download the Northglenn Waste Disposal Guide for a list of items and who to contact for proper disposal.
