Youth Commission


The Northglenn Youth Commission encourages youth to participate in community issues and gives them a voice in government. 

Responsibilities
The commission makes recommendations to City Council and staff about topics that impact youth in the community.

Meetings
The commission meets every first Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Northglenn Recreation Center.

Members
The board of directors is composed of seven to fifteen directors, who serve a one-year term. Board of Directors must be Northglenn residents or enrolled in an Adams 12 Five Star District school.  Youth Commission members are 13 to 18 years old.  The commission allows for an unlimited number of members.
