Any door-to-door sales in the city must possess a Peddler and Solicitor License.

• Any person or company who compensates someone to engage in door-to-door sales
• Every individual who goes to a home, when not previously invited to do so, for the purpose of engaging in door-to-door sales
  
  

Obtain a License
Complete the following applications and submit them, along with the appropriate fees, to the City Clerk's Office.

• Company Peddlers and Solicitors License Application
• Individual Peddler and Solicitor License Application
  
  

Prices

• $100 per company license
• $100 per individual permit
  
  

These must be renewed annually.

In addition, you must collect and remit sales tax on the items sold.
