The 2019 Residents Survey was sent to 4,000 Northglenn residents this past April. Residents were asked what they thought about the quality of city services and their view of the community. The survey received 684 responses, an 18 percent response rate. That equates into a 95% level of confidence. Listed below are some of the highlights from the survey. Results help City Council and staff identify areas that need attention, and help shape the city's Strategic Plan.
