    Resource Navigator Available to Assist

    Do you need assistance applying for benefits or connecting with community organizations? This could include signing up for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or Medicaid, or obtaining a Colorado ID.

    Community Resource Navigator Jessica Hulse is available to help from 9 a.m. to noon Fridays at City Hall, 11701 Community Center Drive. Just head over to the west side of the building, through the sliding glass doors.
