Upcoming Opportunities for Community Input

The City of Northglenn values community input. In the last 18 months public safety and homelessness have been frequent resident concerns and the focus of several outreach efforts. These two upcoming listening sessions are designed to provide an update on recent actions regarding public safety and homelessness and gather additional public input.

Community Co-Production Policing (CCPP) Advisory Board Listening Session
Aug. 24 | 6 p.m. | Council Chambers, 11701 Community Center Drive
Over the past year, the city has hosted a number of discussions about diversity and equity in the city – especially as it pertains to law enforcement. At this listening session, hosted by the Police Department, learn about the findings from these discussions, and then provide direct feedback. The Police Department will use this information to work with the Community Co-Production Policing (CCPP) Advisory Board to develop the department's strategic planning.

BerryDunn will lead this in-person meeting. Not only did this independent firm compile the findings, it helped the Police Department in a recent department-wide 360 assessment, and is helping the police move to a Community Co-Production Policing philosophy of law enforcement.
