Repaving Runs Early September Into October
As part of the city’s commitment to quality public infrastructure, Washington Street will be repaved from 104th Avenue to 120th Avenue.
Construction was originally set for Sept. 1, but will now begin the second week of September and should be done by the end of the first week in October.
To avoid as many traffic issues as possible, construction will only take place at night, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. However, even during the day motorists should expect a rough driving surface. The city will have construction message boards up to alert the public and avoiding the street if possible is advised.
Thank you for your patience while construction is going on. Once finished, motorists will enjoy a smoother ride through Northglenn!
