CRIMINAL CASES ARE HELD AT 1 PM IN-PERSON ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS. If you received a criminal ticket and are required to appear in Court. Paperwork will be sent to your address on the ticket for an additional notice. Failure to appear on the date and time of your Court date may result in the issuance of a Bench Warrant for your arrest and you could be subjected to the imposition of additional sanctions such as additional fees, court dates, or incarceration.
Before you appear in Court, please watch the short video below on your advisement of your rights. If you have any questions about your rights, you can direct those to the Judge at the time of your hearing. FINES AND COSTS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF SENTENCING.
