River Walking Fitness

Take advantage of the natural resistance of water to improve cardio, strength, and balance. All fitness levels are welcome. Pool depth 3.5-4.5 feet.

Mobility Fitness
Low cardio, low intensity
Do out-of-water fitness classes seem like too much for your joints and body? This one-hour in-water training class works on general stretching of the body and also includes joint and body mobility. This class helps reduce tightness and increase range of motion. Pool depth 3.5-4.5 feet.

Fused Water Fitness
Low cardio, medium intensity
This class will utilize the entire activity pool space with stations and different in-water and out-of-water fitness activities to keep you working. Each station targets specific muscle groups to increase your overall fitness. Pool depth 3.5-4.5 feet.

Splash
Low cardio, medium intensity
This water class offers a variety of fun shallow-water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required and water fitness equipment is used to develop strength, balance, and coordination.  Pool depth 3.5-4.5 feet.

Deep Fitness
High cardio, medium intensity
This water fitness program is held in the deep end of the lap pool, 10 feet maximum. The program provides a no-impact but challenging cardiovascular workout. Participants will use floatation belts and other fitness equipment to perform various exercises. You must feel comfortable in deep water.

Hyper Walk Fitness
High cardio, high intensity
Strengthen muscles with a one-hour low impact, high intensity interval training water walking class. Participants use weights and move with and against the current to keep their heart rate up until a recovery segment. It is highly suggested that you take the River Walking Fitness class before taking this class.  Pool depth 3.5-4.5 feet.

Intense Shallow Water
High cardio, high intensity
This intermediate/advanced class is for the participant looking to level up their workout goals. We use a combination of aerobic and strength training with many different types of equipment to keep you challenged and successful.
