Barre Above® addresses basic components of fitness: muscular endurance, balance, flexibility and body composition with functional movement, and full range of movement/alignment. Enhanced mind and body awareness, improvements in overall functionality and reduced stress are key benefits. Be ready to sweat and enjoy a lively class.
Boot Camp Push yourself in a military boot camp style workout. The class consists of traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises along with interval and strength training.
Butts, Guts & Thighs is designed for those trouble “spots”. Each week we will target one spot more than the others, but all will be challenged. The goal is to make the backside burn, tummies ache and thighs tremble!
Dance Fitness Get up and moving with Annette. No partners needed for this fun group fitness class featuring country line, ballroom and social music.
Foam Rolling is a form of self-massage or self-myofascial release that can help loosen up tight muscles and "trigger points" that occur when contracted muscle fails to fully release. Our foam roller class has been specifically designed to improve flexibility, reduce muscular stiffness, speed up recovery, and alleviate pain.
H.I.I.T. High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) is a body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, and improve your endurance.
Interval Cycle Experience uphill, sprint and off-bike intense interval training. To mix it up add in resistance bands, medicine balls, hand weights and body work.
Pilates Focus on your postural muscles, which help keep the body balanced and are essential for supporting the spine. Pilates teaches awareness of breath and alignment of the spine while strengthening the deep torso muscles.
Pilates Mix Focus on your postural muscles, which help keep the body balanced and are essential for supporting the spine. Pilates teaches awareness of breath and alignment of the spine while strengthening the deep torso muscles.

Chair support is offered to perform postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Yoga/Meditation This 40-minute class includes gentle yoga and a guided meditation designed to help you completely relax. Some of the many benefits of a regular meditation practice include improved brain, immune, and heart health, as well as a reduction of anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
Zumba® We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
Zoom Zumba® take a Zumba class virtually over Zoom. Features Zumba Gold on Monday, Wednesday and Friday - an introductory class with easy-to-follow choreography; and a higher intensity Zumba class on Tuesday and Thursday.
