    Special Interest Classes

    The city provides a wide range of classes for almost any interest. 
    This is a general sample of what we provide. Please check out the Recreation Guide for all the upcoming classes.

    Martial Arts
    All Ages
    The Northglenn Judo Club practices in the Northglenn Recreation Center gymnasium, and we also host karate classes as well.

    Health
    We routinely provide classes for CPR, First Aid, babysitting and to show young children how they can take care of themselves when home alone.

    Dance
    All Ages
    We have classes to introduce young children to the world of dance along with belly dancing classes for adults.

    Science and Technology
    Youth
    We make learning about science, technology and engineering fun. No boring lectures here as everything is hands-on and age-appropriate. 

    Acting
    Youth
    The Northglenn Youth Theatre Academy offers single-day to week-long, hands-on classes. All experience is welcome, whether your child has never been on a stage or lives to be on the stage.
