Can’t Pay Your Utility Bill? Past Due?
We understand. Financial hardship can happen to anyone. There are options available to help you get back on track.
Payment Extensions and Partial Payments
Contact Customer Service at 303.450.8770 to discuss your options, we may be able to offer a payment extension plan. And remember, a partial payment is better than no payment and may keep your water on.
Apply for Utility Bill Assistance
The Northglenn Community Foundation provides grants to eligible Northglenn residents once every 12 months by applying a payment to the utility account. Funds do not need to be repaid. Applications are online at www.northglenncf.org or at City Hall, the Northglenn Recreation Center and the Northglenn Senior Center.
For landlords, the Registered Agent form is necessary to add tenants or agents to an account. Each tenant or management change requires submission of a new form. Please call 303.451.8326 to obtain this form.
Leak Letters
Water monitoring equipment can detect unusual increases, which indicate the possibility of leaks. Once a year the city sends notifications to residents that have been flagged in the system so residents can investigate. Leaks not only increase your water bill, but also your sewer bill (that water has to go somewhere!). Fixing a water leak can save you money on your bills as well as conserve our most valuable resource – water.
